# Duplicating tests

You don't need to create tests from scratch. You can duplicate them and then edit them. You can also use "[New test from here](https://docs.bugbug.io/creating-tests/new-test-from-here)". This will keep all the shared [components](https://docs.bugbug.io/editing-tests/components).

You can duplicate tests

* from the tests list
* from the test details, when editing a test
